ARTICLE VIII

All records shall be turned over to the Extension Service for storage until a replacement group is formed or if that does not occur within a reasonable period, for disposal by the Extension Service.
adopted September 1990
Revised and adopted -------------1993

These By-Laws were amended in 1995 with the change being made that the Coordinator would be elected by the membership at the annual meeting.

Other changes have been attempted at various times but they have never been legally adopted because the requirement for a 2/3 majority vote of the membership was never met.
